Jacob Brower, Archer’s Bow Media president, has years of experience in working closely with small businesses to help them fulfill their marketing needs. Jacob’s experience in both running a successful business and helping other businesses succeed, as well as his desire to give back to his native Ozarks, inspired him to found Archer’s Bow Media in 2018.

Jacob Brower is a proud native of the Ozarks. He has worked in mass media for 20 years, many of which he spent as the chief executive of a media group in southwest Missouri. In 2016, Jacob’s performance led to national recognition, with him being named to the 25 Under 35 list in Editor & Publisher magazine — the California-based authoritative journal covering all aspects of the newspaper industry. The magazine credited Jacob for implementing digital advertising initiatives and raising profits year after year during a challenging time in the newspaper industry. 


Jacob’s publications won state and national awards, including three consecutive Missouri Press Association Gold Cups, awarded to the best small-town weekly newspaper in the state. 


Jacob named Archer’s Bow Media after his then 1-year-old godson, Archer Lee. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading up on all things media and marketing, and rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs, Missouri Southern Lions, Missouri Tigers, and Kansas City Royals. He lives in his native southwest Missouri with his wife, Kara.
